ERPUD installs and/or replaces approximately 15-20 miles of mains throughout our service area annually. Some of the communities served are Tullahoma, Manchester, Winchester, Decherd, Estill Springs, Cowan, Sewanee, Midway and the USAF Arnold Engineering Development Center. The District is governed by a Board of Commissioners who determine its policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. The management team is responsible for operating the District according to the direction of the Board. The District currently has 58 employees.
